These booking policies explain how reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds work for transfers booked through mexicocityairporttransfers.com, operated by Mexico City Airport Transfers ("we", "our", "us"). 1. Booking and confirmation - Your transfer is confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received - You receive an instant confirmation by email with your pickup details - Enter your flight number at booking so we can track your arrival at AICM/MEX 2. Cancellations and refunds - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund of the amount paid online - Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable - No-shows are non-refundable - For deposit + cash bookings, the cash portion is automatically waived when you cancel within policy 3. Changes and modifications - To change your date, destination, passenger count, or flight details, reply to your confirmation email as early as possible - We will do our best to accommodate changes; changes are subject to availability 4. Flight delays and schedule changes - We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts at no extra charge - If your flight is cancelled or rebooked, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your pickup 5. Refund processing - Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe - Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank 6.
