How Much Is a Mexico City Airport Transfer? Price Guide

Prices are set per vehicle, not per person, and depend on two things: where you are going and which vehicle you choose. A Sedán (up to 4) is the lowest fare; an SUV-Van (up to 7) costs more for the added seats and space. Every fare is all-inclusive, covering the driver, taxes and tolls from the airport to your address.

The fare you see includes the private vehicle, a professional driver, taxes and tolls, and flight tracking so your pickup adjusts to delays. There are no booking add-ons at the vehicle, and a tip is always optional. The SUV-Van fare follows the same all-inclusive rule for larger parties.

All prices above are for AICM/MEX, Mexico City International Airport — the main airport most international flights use. Mexico City also has a second, newer airport, AIFA (Felipe Ángeles), about 50 kilometers north of AICM. We operate airport transfers at AICM only — if your itinerary connects between the two airports on the same day, that inter-airport leg is a separate arrangement, not a service we provide.

A round trip covers your full airport journey in one reservation: the arrival transfer from AICM to your hotel or address, and the departure transfer back to AICM for your return flight. Instead of booking two separate transfers on two different days, you add both legs — your arrival flight details for the pickup, and your return flight number for the departure — in a single checkout. Each leg still gets its own confirmation, driver assignment and flight tracking, so nothing about the reliability of your transfer changes just because you booked both ways at once.

Round trip pricing is straightforward: each leg is priced individually using the same all-inclusive, per-vehicle Sedán and SUV-Van rates shown earlier on this page, and the round-trip total is simply the sum of the arrival fare and the departure fare. We do not currently apply an automatic discount for booking both directions together — a round trip to central Mexico City, for example, is not a special bundled rate; it is the same $31 Sedán fare for arrival plus the same $31 Sedán fare for departure, for $62 total. If your plans change and you only end up needing one leg, you pay only for that leg.

You are not locked into the same vehicle for both legs. Many travelers choose a Sedán for the arrival, when it is just themselves or a couple, and then step up to an SUV-Van for the departure if they are joined by family or friends for the return, or if luggage has grown over the trip. Each leg’s fare reflects only the vehicle chosen for that direction, so mixing vehicle types across a round trip does not change how either leg is priced.

Round trip works best when your return date and approximate departure time are already set — for example, once your hotel stay or return flight is confirmed. If your departure date is still uncertain, you can book the arrival transfer now and add the departure leg later; the price for a given route and vehicle does not change based on how far in advance you book it.
